OPENING DAY AT THE NEW SCHOOL

Halls still filled with boxes, air conditioning not yet working, rooms barely assigned   -  opening day arrived on a bumpy road, but the excitement of the students and teachers and staff to be reopening school after so much tragedy kept the problems in perspective.

Students filled out forms, found their way to classes and the cafeteria, and got through the first day with youthful energy.
