PAGHMAN PRE-SCHOOL

In partnership with Catholic Relief Services, the Parsa organization has been working for 6 years in the village of Paghman outside of Kabul to teach women basic literacy and early childhood development skills.  For the last two years, some of the women have opened their homes to young children, where they go to class in the morning six days a week, learning reading, writing, art and singing.  Their mothers can attend the literacy program while the children are in school.
